Return Policy
We understand that buying handcrafted custom built Cabinets & furniture is a major decision and we work with every customer to set clear expectations of quality, wood character, color, and delivery timing prior to processing your order. The majority of our Cabinets & furniture is custom made specific to your order. Due to the nature of our made-to-order model, all sales are considered final upon receipt of payment.​
24 Hour Change Period​
Once your payment has been placed you may cancel or adjust the original order within 24 hours without incurring additional charges. Issuance of a refund or exchange following the 24 hour grace period is at the sole discretion Anderson Woodworks Custom Furniture Designs.
Wood Characteristics, Quality, Age, and Color​
Our furniture is non-returnable due to wood movement, knots, nail holes, color matching, open cracks, and other natural features of solid wood construction.​ Each piece of furniture we produce is individual and unique as wood is a natural product that has natural characteristics and will not allow for a perfectly uniform piece. For this reason none of our pieces will match each other perfectly.
Delivery Delay
Due to our small business status and the time it takes to build and put a finish on your piece there is a possibility of a delivery delay. Depending on where you are located, this may mean a significant delay between completion of your piece and delivery. Our furniture is non-returnable due to delay in shipping.
​Complications with Shipping and Delivery by Third Party Carrier​
If you use a third party carrier and your furniture is shipped and the packaging or crate is damaged or defective, do not accept it. If you reject the shipment due to damage, the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the carrier. We will repair or replace your damaged or defective furniture as long as you have followed these return instructions.​
